These terms apply to your use of carereadysolutions.co.uk and to the training products sold by Care Ready Solutions, a trading style of Safety Training Ltd.
Buying our products
Our courses, bundles and checklists are digital downloads, currently sold through our Etsy shop. Your purchase is also covered by Etsy’s terms and policies. Files are available to download as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Your licence
When you buy a product, you may edit it, add your own logo and use it to train staff within your own organisation. You may print copies of workbooks, certificates and checklists for your learners.
You may not resell, share, publish or give away the files, in whole or in part, or use them to train people outside your organisation as a commercial service, without our written permission. For licences covering several sites or a large team, please contact us.
Awareness-level training
Our courses are awareness-level. They support, but do not replace, your organisation’s own policies and procedures, risk assessments, and any practical, clinical or accredited training your staff need. You remain responsible for making sure training meets your service’s needs and current guidance.

Refunds and problems
Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are handled in line with Etsy’s policies and your statutory rights. If a file will not open or something is wrong, email info@safetytrainingltd.co.uk and we will put it right.
